Istana404 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Online Betting Platform Usage Policy

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to istana404, an online betting platform operated under the domain istana404.biz. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile platform, and all services provided by istana404.

One Account Per Person Policy

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at istana404. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using the same name, phone number, email address, ID number, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these terms. istana404 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any remaining balances without compensation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Istana404 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage of platform use. Documents that may be required include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a selfie with your identity card, or a bank statement. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

Istana404 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• All deposits must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Istana404 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes within the istana404 platform.
• Istana404 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding RM10,000 within a 24-hour period.

4Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your istana404 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• The standard maximum withdrawal is RM50,000 per day. Higher limits are available for VIP members.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (in accordance with AML policy).
• Withdrawal processing time is typically 5–15 minutes for Malaysian e-wallets and 1–4 hours for FPX bank transfers.
• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 may require additional verification for security purposes.

5Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by istana404 are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general principles applicable to all istana404 bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering requirement will be clearly stated as a multiplier — for example, "1x wagering requirement" means you must wager the bonus amount once before you can make a withdrawal.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Istana404 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if promotional abuse is suspected.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when playing with a bonus — please check the terms of each promotion before accepting.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through hedging or arbitrage methods is a violation of these terms.

6Game Rules

All games offered at istana404 — including blackjack, baccarat, table games, slots, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton) and e-sports (MPL Malaysia, DOTA 2, CS2) — are governed by their respective game rules as displayed on the platform.

• The outcome of all games is final once a round is completed. No appeals will be entertained regarding standard game results.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, istana404 will resolve the round based on server-recorded data — not the display shown on the user's device.
• Istana404 uses independently certified random number generators (RNG) for all casino games. Game fairness is audited regularly by independent third parties.
• For Sports Betting and E-Sports, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are final.
• Istana404 reserves the right to void matches or betting markets in exceptional circumstances, such as confirmed match-fixing or force majeure events.

7Accepted User Conduct

As an istana404 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the istana404 platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the system.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Using your istana404 account for fund transfers or money laundering.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing support staff or other users on the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account or istana404's administrative systems.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary closure: You may close your istana404 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you.

Closure by istana404: istana404 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You have breached any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Your account activity shows signs of fraud, match-fixing, or money laundering.
• Your registration information is found to be false or misleading.
• You have failed to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
